This package is for you if you implemented the AIP, have improvements and are ready to re-introduce food but need support to do it the right way.
It includes a 60 minute initial consultation and 5 weekly or bi-weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions. Here's what you get:
One 60-minute intake visit to review your goals, health status and history
A 3-day food journal (which you will complete in advance so I can see your dietary starting point)
5 weekly 1-hour or 10 30-min. sessions over 6 weeks
Relevant nutrition & lifestyle handouts, articles and recipe sourcing
